1) Trial Lesson

• Trial lesson is considered the 1st lesson.
• If you are satisfied with the service, please proceed to make payment (1st lesson + the number of lessons for that month) within 2 days from the trial lesson to secure your slot.
• Trial lesson fee will be waived off if the participant is unsatisfied with the service and does not wish to continue.

2) Each Session Duration

• Below 5 years old: 30 minutes
• 5 years and above: 45 minutes (subject to participant's conditions)

3) Rates

• Check our sign-up page for rates.
• A surcharge of $5 per lesson applies for female coaches due to their higher demand.
• A surcharge of $20 per lesson for areas in Tuas, Changi and Sentosa.

4) Payment

• Payment for the upcoming month must be made within 5 calendar days after the final class of the current month.
• Failure to make payment within this window may result in the slot being released and offered to another student.
• Classes will only commence upon successful payment.
• Cash or bank transfer to Fabulous Swim Pte Ltd — OCBC Current Account 695582510001, or DBS PayLah UEN 201614215E.
• Chat with us if you prefer to use a PayNow QR code instead.
• Kindly screenshot and inform us once payment is done.
• Payments made are non-refundable if the client decides to discontinue in between the cycle.

5) Attendance

• For group lessons, all participants must be present for their 1st lesson. Otherwise, fees are prorated based on the day of attendance.
• Should another party stop for one month or more, the lesson fee will be prorated according to the number of students remaining in the group.
• The coach is not obliged to extend or make up the lesson if the student is late or absent.

6) Group Classes

• For group classes, the coach reserves the right to slot in other students where they deem the new participant's capability to be on par with the class (pricing will be revised accordingly).

7) Cancellation

• Up to 1 free cancellation per month with 1 day's advance notice. Further cancellations will still be charged accordingly.
• Up to 2 free cancellations per month for Infant and Toddler classes (under 5 years old) with 1 day's advance notice.
• This applies regardless of the reason (overseas, feeling unwell, school activities, overslept, or any other unforeseen circumstance).
• Please text us 1 day in advance before the lesson starts to use your free cancellation for the month.
• Last-minute cancellations will be charged accordingly.
• Do notify us of any advance date constraint before payment each month so it isn't factored in as a cancellation.
• Excessive cancellations may slow down a participant's progression and risk their slot being given up to those on the waiting list.
• Bad weather on the day of a cancellation will be treated as a cancellation, not as a weather-related session.
• Discuss the possibility of a make-up lesson with your coach — this is a lesson conducted on a different day of the same week the original lesson was missed.

8) Bad Weather

• In the event of obvious bad weather at your location, inform the coach at least 1 hour before the lesson so the session can be voided. The coach will make the final decision.
• If the coach has already arrived and bad weather occurs before entering the water, the lesson will still be charged.
• Discuss the possibility of a make-up lesson with your coach.

9) Public Holiday

• By default, no lesson will be conducted on Singapore public holidays, excluding in-lieu holidays, unless otherwise agreed with your swimming coach.

10) Videography

• Our exclusive underwater videography service helps preserve memories and review your child's progression.
• Where Fabulous Swim deems a student's videos exceptional, we may wish to showcase them on our social media or website — let us know if you do not wish for this.
• Any video we post will not mention names, addresses, or other personal details.
